The creation of Amundi, the investment manager, in 2010, and its development through to a 2015 IPO has been a great European success story. From its inception to now, it has been led by the charismatic and focused Yves Perrier.
We have supported Amundi for seven years to develop a narrative for the business, articulated Perrier’s own story, and ensured key messages relating to team dynamics, cost constraints and international growth are clearly verbalised to stakeholders. Our work has extended to supporting Perrier as he prepares for individual interviews, panel discussions and key internal events.
The group’s strapline, Confidence Must Be Earned, is indicative of a culture built on constantly striving for improvement. Today, shares in Amundi are more than fifty per cent higher than they were when the business listed, with a value of €13bn.
