Essential requirement

• Demonstrable work with (x)HTML / CSS.
• Producing layered Photoshop design templates.
• Can work with graphic packages such as Photoshop, Fireworks etc.
• Good understanding of building standards compliant websites with solid knowledge of accessibility and usability issues.

Non-essential but nice to have

• Custom-built JavaScript codes with knowledge of existing debugging tools.
• 960 CSS framework
