Launching a new employee publication in English and Arabic
We worked with the world’s largest independent power producer, the Abu Dhabi National Energy Company (TAQA), to connect and inspire its employees through a new group-wide magazine, TAQA World.
Since 2005, the company has grown rapidly through a series of acquisitions. It has a diverse workforce with employees of more than 40 nationalities working in 11 markets. Communicating the company’s mission and values to such a broad range of employees and external stakeholders presented a significant challenge.
We created TAQA World to give employees a sense of identity and opportunity and strengthen their connection with the company’s vision of ‘energy for growth’. By putting people at the heart of the magazine, TAQA demonstrates how it generates not only energy, but also growth for the communities in which it operates.
To ensure that the magazine engages external audiences, it explores wider energy sector trends, and provides insight into the company’s philosophy, objectives and leadership capability.
