Five client groups, five languages, one website
When BNP Paribas Securities Services wanted to be able to market certain products and services to five different client groups, we designed and built a website that would intuitively recognise each client and deliver content that is relevant to them.
The website features different online newsletters for each group, in five languages. It also detects the user’s country of origin and presents country-specific content to enrich their experience. The site’s in-depth tracking system monitors user behaviour and interests, enabling the marketing team to communicate with target clients in a more meaningful way.
