TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE

If you use the Bladonmore website (the "Website") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Intellectual Property
   1. The copyright in the material contained in the Website, together with the website design, text and graphics, and their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software belongs to Bladonmore Training Limited. All rights are reserved. None of this material may be reproduced or redistributed without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own off-line viewing.
2. Exclusions of liability
   1. We use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data on the Website is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained on the Website. We do not guarantee that the Website will be fault-free and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.
   2. Due to the nature of electronic transmission of data over the internet, and the number of users by whom data is posted on to the Website, any liability we may have for any losses or claims arising from an inability to access the Website, or from any use of the Website or reliance on the data transmitted using the Website, is excluded to the fullest extent permissible by law. In no event shall we be liable for any loss of profit, revenues, goodwill, opportunity, business, anticipated savings or other indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise arising out of use of the Website, save where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
   3. We do not give any warranty that the Website is free from viruses or anything else which may have a harmful effect on any technology.
3. Payment
   1. Where payment is required we will explicitly say so. In which case you shall pay within 30 days of receipt of an invoice from us. You shall also pay all applicable taxes as appropriate.
   2. If you fail to pay us within the time stipulated above, we shall be entitled to charge you interest at 4% above the base rate at the relevant time of Barclays Bank plc. Such interest shall accrue daily and be compounded monthly.
4. Data protection
   1. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will collect and use information supplied by you and other users of the Website to improve the Website and personalise your experience when you visit the Website. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services or about features we think you'll find interesting. By registering with us, you are deemed to have consented to use of personal information for these purposes. However, you can tell us not to deal with your personal information in these ways in the future by simply sending an email to us.
   2. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998 we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
   3. You may edit your personal information at any time.
5. Right to cancel and refunds
   1. Any booking cancelled within 28 days of the scheduled date will incur charges.
   2. If you cancel within 28 days of the course scheduled, we will have committed time and money to organising the course and booking expert trainers. We will therefore charge 75% of the price of the course if a cancellation is received within 14 days of course commencing. If you cancel between 14 and 28 days of the course commencing you will be charged 50% of the price agreed.
   3. You should send any notice of cancellation in writing to Bladonmore at 10-11 Percy Street, London, W1T 1DN.
6. General
   1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
   2. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the modified terms and conditions on the Website.
7. Governing law
   1. These terms are governed by and to be construed in accordance with English law.
   2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
8. Definitions
   1. In these terms and conditions, "we" and "us" means Bladonmore Training, which is a trading name of Bladonmore Training Ltd (company number 3442331), whose registered office is 90 High Street, Harrow on the Hill, Middlesex, HA1 3LP.
