The ALL.SPACE brand succeeds by shifting focus from technology and product to critical moments in the lives of end users
Context
ALL.SPACE is the creator of the world’s first ground-based satellite terminal that’s capable of connecting across multiple networks. A start-up full of smart people building a business from the ground up, they needed a name, brand positioning, visual identity, website and anything else that developed during the truncated timeline.
Approach
With every competitor brand and website focused on product showcases and tech specs, there was a danger that the ALL.SPACE terminal’s uniqueness would be lost in a sea of sameness.
We went deeper to understand what the product could deliver across each of its different markets and what that might mean to its varied end users.
We focused on how the technology comes into its own through vital real-life interventions – saving lives, enabling businesses, keeping promises – and developed a positioning and narrative about ‘the moments that matter.’
Together with a new name – ALL.SPACE references the ability to reach satellites in all orbits – we developed a visual identity, website, films and event materials to help engage new investors, customers and talent.

Results
ALL.SPACE needed a brand that could flex and adapt depending on the audience, so when the business pivoted its focus to the Government & Defence sector it had a diverse toolkit to utilize. The brand film was used as the flagship asset to launch the new name, brand and website internally, to engage and excite all colleagues at ALL.SPACE, giving them a sense of autonomy over the company.
