Diageo sets new leaders up for success, building a rich understanding of the company and honing their ability to tell that story
Context
Diageo is a British multinational drinks company in the FTSE 100. Its leaders often have to tell Diageo’s complex story to different stakeholders. In order for that story to be well received, it is vital that it is both consistent and compelling.
Diageo reached out to co-create a workshop for all new leaders. The workshop would empower colleagues across its business to tell the Diageo story with impact.
Approach
We worked together to create a 90-minute interactive multimedia workshop that would help new leaders to compellingly deliver Diageo’s core messages.
The workshop was made up of theory, practical exercises and interactive discussions drawing on Bladonmore’s coaching IP and Diageo’s messaging and collateral.
This combination means participants gain a fantastic foundation in storytelling fundamentals and a deep understanding of Diageo’s story.
