Digital launch for a high-profile SPAC

VG Acquisition Corp is a newly-launched Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) for Virgin Group, the global entertainment to airlines conglomerates. SPACs are en vogue US entities designed to take companies onto the listed public market without going through the traditional IPO process. Bladonmore’s role was to help communicate the launch of this entity through a website with integrated investor tools.


Virgin Group has a long history of investing in businesses inside and outside its brand portfolio. Naturally, with Richard Branson at the helm, when it decides to launch one of the hottest investment vehicles of the year, the financial community takes interest.
