Helping Italy’s largest employer communicate a new strategy
In February 2018, Poste held its first Capital Markets Day and unveiled its new Deliver 2022 strategy, a five-year plan that will see Poste build on the strength of its unrivalled distribution network, diversify its revenue and develop a more profitable and sustainable business.
In March 2019, at another Capital Markets Day, Poste updated investors and analysts on the first year of its transformation programme.
Ahead of both events, Bladonmore worked with all presenters to ensure they could communicate their part of Deliver 2022 with both clarity and confidence.
Our support included scriptwriting and slide development, individual presentation coaching and preparing the management team for Q&A sessions.
We also prepared the CEO for a number of media interviews related to the first Capital Markets Day.
