Helping Italy’s largest employer communicate a new strategy
Poste wanted to hold its first Capital Markets Day in London and unveil its strategy, a five-year plan that will see Poste build on the strength of its unrivalled distribution network, diversify its revenue and develop a more profitable and sustainable business.
Poste then held a subsequent event a year later, updating investors and analysts on the first year of its transformation programme.
Ahead of both events, Bladonmore worked with all presenters to ensure they could communicate their part of the strategy with both clarity and confidence.
Our support included scriptwriting and slide development, individual presentation coaching and preparing the management team for Q&A sessions. We then created four films – each bringing a different element of Poste’s transformation to life.
We also prepared the CEO for a number of media interviews related to the first Capital Markets Day.
