Out of this world: bringing spacetech to life

The global small satellite market is expanding rapidly, driven by technological advances, falling costs and an insatiable demand for data. Industry veteran AAC Clyde Space has its eye on the future and aims to be a world leader in commercial small satellites and services from space. Over the past year, the company has completed three strategic acquisitions, strengthened its foothold in the US – the world’s largest space market – and won several contracts key to supporting its growth plan. It approached Bladonmore in 2020 to help tell its story and communicate its business model to investors as it entered its next phase of growth.


Bladonmore supported AAC to hone its business case ahead of an investor day and two important capital raises. We also authored and designed its 2020 Annual Report – PDF and Digital versions, including a short, filmed interview with the CEO. Our aim was to bring AAC’s strengths and ambitions to life and humanise the benefits of space data for a broad audience, all while staying true to the brand. We were also on hand to prepare the executive team ahead of key interactions with press and investors.


AAC has since completed two successful capital raises and was over the moon with the annual report, receiving positive feedback from both shareholders and clients. It has retained Bladonmore to overhaul its existing website in line with the bolder, dynamic, real-world design and narrative approach. We also continue to support AAC with press and investor communications, from advisory to newsletters, quarterly reports and film.
