Recognising employees at Europe’s largest shipping fleet operator
We developed a fresh creative concept and communications plan to help create excitement and engagement for the P&O Ferries People Awards. This included a teaser, launch and reminder materials, as well as inspiring pre-event collateral.
Everything was produced in English, French and Dutch to engage an international workforce and was disseminated via a network of campaign ambassadors to drive more nominations than ever before. To simplify management of entries we created an online nominations site to digitise the process.
Our scope also included producing and managing the awards night itself, which saw Bladonmore bring the campaign branding and messaging to life with room dressings and speeches.
- A record number of 700 nominations were received across the business. A 42% increase from the previous year’s campaign.
- The campaign ambassador network established will be used to help distribute other communications.
- Successful awards night with all finalists recognised and celebrated by key figures across the business.
