Fundraising support for a UK real estate manager

Hillview Real Estate invests in regional real estate in the UK, with a focus on commercial and industrial assets. Raising Hillview’s third fund provided an opportunity to review and refresh the way the firm tells its story to investors. The business decided to update its marketing materials to reflect its growth, maturity and position in the market.

Approach

Bladonmore worked with the senior Hillview team to update the firm’s Fund III pitchbook – focusing on structure, content and design. We provided recommendations for a new look and feel and challenged the firm’s existing positioning and messaging.

This led to an opportunity to refresh Hillview’s website to better reflect the firm’s investor proposition, the strength of its track record and it’s differentiated strategy.

We have since worked with Hillview to create film and editorial content to promote the firm and bring its story to life.

Result

Bladonmore designed and structured a 30-slide Fund III pitchbook, including a variety of graphics, charts and images, and provided copywriting in light of the new narrative  approach. This was then condensed to a 2-page factsheet.

The brand’s new and improved identity was then leveraged across two interlinking and SEO optimised websites – one for Hillview Real Estate and the other for the parent company Hillview Group. While the HRE site was more complex and engaging to showcase its investment case, the approach for the Group site was more minimal – keeping it simple, but professional.

Bladonmore provided full copywriting and film content for both sites.
