Online roadshow for employees working internationally

P&O wanted to a platform to be able to talk to all their employees globally, whether they be in the office or at sea, while also giving them all access to ask the P&O management team any question they wanted. All in the effort to increase employee engagement.

Approach

We create a biannual TV style, online live stream format. There is a live audience for show at the port, as well as hundreds of employees tuned in via the online stream on any device. Questions may be asked by anyone at the venue, online via the streaming player as well as by phone call. The whole show is then made available via video-on-demand for 1 month post-event.

Result

Employee engagement and viewership grew with every show. The number of viewers and questions grew with each show and employees got more comfortable asking the management team specific questions. The roadshow continues to this day.
