Airbus had undergone senior leadership changes following the scheduled execution of its succession plan. As they changed roles, senior leaders needed to be prepared to address new narratives and broader responsibilities, direct to stakeholders and to those same stakeholders through the media.

Approach

In 2017, the company engaged Bladonmore to coach its leadership team to deliver an innovative ‘panel show’ format for its annual results presentation, which successfully delivered better digital engagement and saved costs.

Since that event, Bladonmore has been retained to help new leaders define and deliver their strategy and vision for Airbus.

This included:

  • Consistent, aligned messaging at major industry and company events
  • Helping senior leaders have better defined outcomes from media interactions
  • Enabling new leaders to form better narratives and responses around their new responsibilities
