Virtual meeting leads to real success

Clyde & Co is a global law firm, headquartered in London, with over 4,000 employees spread across 50 offices.

It contacted Bladonmore in April when it became apparent that it would have to hold its Annual Partners’ Meeting in July in a ‘virtual’ environment rather than a physical meeting due to lockdown restrictions across its major markets. The brief was to design and deliver its first ever virtual Annual Partners’ Meeting – hosting over 400 partners and senior management across multiple timezones, allowing for interaction and voting.

Approach

Bladonmore supported the meeting by helping design the main format, coaching the key speakers, producing filmed and visual content for the event – and hosting the production live from our studio in central London. The film content showcased perspectives from a range of Clyde & Co clients – much of it recorded on Zoom or Teams from locations on  lockdown across the globe.

Result

The live, 90-minute production in early July was a great success. We produced and broadcast the event via a secure interactive platform, allowing for Q&A, the votes on key Partnership resolutions and different voting rights allocated to different audience segments. Clyde & Co’s senior management team were delighted with the results, particularly with the high levels of attendance throughout from across the Partnership.
