Jon Randall joins Bladonmore to lead culture & engagement offer

Bladonmore is delighted to announce that Jon Randall has joined its London-based team as Director, Culture & Engagement. He will focus on helping Bladonmore’s clients navigate employee engagement, culture and other internal communications challenges.

Jon comes to Bladonmore from Swissport, the 65,000-strong Swiss-based aviation services provider, as Global Culture Director. He was previously Brand & Culture Director at London-based Luminous and has worked across a range of other agencies in other brand and internal communications-focused roles. His former clients include British Airways, Generali, and IMI.
