ABB’s revised story had to bring the business units together, gaining the value of a collective approach, while still leaving room for autonomy to lead in their markets
Context
ABB is a Swedish-Swiss engineering technology company. It wanted to find a way to unify its messaging across business divisions and future proof its narrative in the preparation of further acquisitions. It hosted three Capital Markets Days to announce new strategies – for the electrification, robotics and discrete automation business units.

Bladonmore provided panel, media and presentation coaching for the leadership team ahead of the Capital Markets Days. We helped leaders to shape revised strategic stories and helped them prepare to share them with investors.
