NTT Data is a global leader in business and technology services, headquartered in Tokyo, serving customers in over 50 countries.

The IT giant needed its fast-moving company story at group level to be communicated successfully across the business so that employees felt fully informed and engaged throughout the integration and empowered to articulate the new strategy to key audiences.

Approach

With NTT Data teams dispersed around the globe, we stepped in to provide a communication channel and feedback loop between the strategy teams and people managers to ensure both were aligned on what messages needed to be cascading down through the business as it continues to scale at pace.

We ran a series of large online webinars and interactive workshops to help transform the way managers were communicating with their teams, ensuring they were crafting stronger, more memorable messages and using day-to-day communication events more effectively to update and engage their teams.
