Ambassador programme wins at Internal Communications and Engagement Awards
Bladonmore and HSBC’s strategic narrative roll out won an award for best alignment of internal communications with external messaging at the 2022 Internal Communications and Engagement Awards.
Bladonmore’s programme – developed in tandem with the HSBC communications team – was to put each of the executives through a range of exercises, allowing them to rehearse the narrative and practice Q&A behind closed doors. In total the programme was delivered to more than 250 senior executives, helping to embed the new narrative, purpose and values throughout the business.
