Bladonmore adds further depth to its capabilities in New York and London

Bladonmore is delighted to announce the hiring of four new team members, adding strength across digital, film, social media and account management.

Our four new joiners – Kaela Fortino, Daniele Di Blasio, Rory Boswell and Hardeep Panesar – have been brought in to strengthen our digital, film and social media offers to better support and advise our clients in North America and Europe.

Kaela Fortino, Account Director, New York

Kaela joined Bladonmore as an Account Director in April. Kaela brings a wealth of experience to our North American offering from her track record in digital and social media projects for financial services clients. Having spent time at Bounteous, Ogilvy & Mather and Neff Associates, she knows how to deliver precisely what clients need, on time and on budget.

Daniele Di Blasio, Director, Digital Strategy, London

Daniele has settled in having started his role as Director, Digital Strategy, in March, and we are already benefiting from his digital capabilities and strategic thinking. He has a strong history of connecting digital and client services teams from a variety of senior digital roles across multiple agencies including Black Sun, Emperor, RY and MSL Publicis Groupe, and is helping to keep all our teams close as we work to deliver best-in-class digital solutions for our clients.

Rory Boswell, Senior Producer, London

Rory joined Bladonmore’s film team in May. As a Senior Producer, he brings more weight to the film team and will play a significant role in the development of films, from creative ideation and the planning and coordination of production through to filming, directing, editing and delivery. He joins Bladonmore after 15 years in the industry including stints at Media Zoo, TwoFour, and Bouche Media.

Hardeep Panesar, Social Media Manager, London

Hardeep started as Social Media Manager in May, helping to support clients by developing and delivering engaging social media strategies tailored to their goals and target audiences. She will work closely with the digital and strategy teams, more closely linking the two, as she helps clients talk more effectively with their key audiences online. Prior to joining Bladonmore she held social media roles at I See Media and also Tevva Hydrogen Electric Trucks.

Richard Carpenter, CEO of Bladonmore, said: ‘It’s fantastic to see our team growing as we add more depth to our North American and European offerings. We are delighted to add these four new faces. Their skills and experience will be vital in helping us continue to transform our clients’ communications.’
