Making better relationships
Relationships are our business.
Our business depends on good relationships – those we have with client teams, partners, and colleagues and those we build for our clients with their many different audiences.
Good relationships are inclusive and equitable and based on understanding. Having a diverse group of people provides a broader range of experiences to better understand different audiences. So, for us, DEI isn’t just a good thing to do, it’s critical to our business success.
Our DEI strategy focuses on three areas:
To build it, we brought in external expertise, reviewed the best practice for firms like ours, and consulted with the whole team.
We do a lot of work communicating governance for major corporates and international asset managers, so we understand how important it is. Our strategy is overseen by our DEI Committee, made up of four members of the team from across the business, with a leadership team member sponsor, who is responsible at an Executive level.
1. Commitment

2. People

3. Culture
