Bladonmore takes gold at Transform Awards North America with new people-first brand for Everest

Bladonmore’s work with Everest to create and deliver its new brand was awarded gold at the Transform Awards North America 2023 for best internal communications during a brand development project.

The new brand works as an authentic story about Everest’s people – who they are, where they have come from, and where they are going. It is a story that respects the company’s past while providing greater flexibility and wider appeal as Everest expands into new territories and markets.

By positioning Everest as a people-first company rooted in opportunity, Bladonmore succeeded in avoiding tired visual clichés and uninspiring messaging.

The judges said that they “thought the communications strategy was comprehensive and well-strategized.” They praised the way Bladonmore’s internal engagement led to a successful brand evolution.

Dawn Lauer, Everest’s Chief Communications Officer, explains: “This is a brand that has been created with and for our people. It purposefully shines a spotlight on them and their relationships and is a story we can all be part of.”

Richard Carpenter, CEO at Bladonmore, comments: “We’re delighted that our brand work with Everest has won this prestigious North American Transform Award. We’re proud to see the hard work that we’ve put in with our clients being recognized in such a highly competitive field.”
